Jennifer Edwards, RN

Jennifer received her Nursing degree from the University of Calgary, Canada and has been working as a nurse since 2005. She spent 2 years as a pediatric nurse at an acute care hospital in Southern California and 3 years at an outdoor education center in Northern California. She joined our team in 2011. Jennifer’s professional interests include patient education and support, diabetes management, pediatric health care and programs that focus on the prevention of illness, injury and chronic disease. She enjoys supporting patients in developing skills and finding resources to better manage their own health care needs.  She is also an Instructor for the American Red Cross, teaching CPR and First Aid classes in the community.  When not working, Jennifer enjoys aerial silks, dance, horseback riding and activities that take one high up in the air.   She also loves to travel and see new places, both close to home and farther afield.
