Leo Avelar

Leo has been at Miners Family Heath Center for three years.  He began his time here as an intern through the 49'er ROP Medical Assisting program and was hired on as an MA.  Recently, Leo was promoted to the EMR-PM Software Trainer position where he helps keep all things technonogy-related running smoothly.  He trains staff on use of Electronic Medical Records and daily softwarde needs.  Leo enjoys cooking, especially barbequing and spending time outdoors with his family and friends.
