Francine Novak
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Francine oversees all aspects of WSMC's daily operations, including staffing, procedures, billing, front office, medical records and patient satisfaction. She is also a member of the Compliance Committee. Francine has over 15 years of leadership experience in both community health care and adult day health care. She received her degree in accounting from Heald Business College, and continues her education through the highly competitive 18-month Blue Shield Clinic Leadership Institute. Francine's professional dedication ensures that WSMC is able to provide quality, affordable healthcare in Nevada, Sierra & Yuba counties, and she strongly believes in our mission which ensures that every person has access to quality healthcare regardless of their ability to pay.
